Hello again! It’s been so long since I wrote a blog post, my last one seems so long ago! I took a break because I started my final year at university and I wanted to put in more effort than the previous two years and plus I was starting my dissertation and that takes up a lot of time, but I am back to blogging. I missed it a lot and missed the community too so I thought I’d slightly update my blog and then post my first new post of 2015 and since I broke from blogging last year.
Well I’m glad I am back and I hope that you will stick around to read the upcoming posts! 🙂
I love love love girly films just as much as the next girl, the kind of films you can count on to not judge your makeup-less face and pajamas and will always bring a smile to your face. So one evening I was looking for a list of girly films on Google and believe me there are way way way to many lists! Anyone who knows me personally will know that I am a rather down to earth, easy to get on with sort of girl however in some cases I can moan and complain like everybody else as well! So here’s the ten things on the top of my head I can think of that really annoys me. Remember Everyone is different and this is just my pet peeves 🙂 Enjoy 🙂
Liars – There is no excuses to fabricate the truth or twist it in anyway, everything is so much better without lies.
No having anything to eat – Now I say this out of context, obviously there is food in my cupboards to eat but just nothing I fancy, I seem fussy right? Hahah Sometime’s I really don’t have food though!
Having no money – Something that I had to accustom to once I became a student, It’s even worse when it’s pouring down with rain and I haven’t got some spare change for the bus! I don’t even have wellies in that case either 😦
People who say they hate one thing but then do it? – It makes no sense, don’t tell me you hate people saying this or doing that if you do it yourself…
Mean people – They come in many forms via Facebook/Twitter/In person etc but being mean is not cool.
Really promiscuous and barely dressed girls – I hate seeing girls hardly dressed, openly admitting they do this and do that and love being promiscuous but they complain about the bad attention they get?
People rubbing in that they are better off than you/have something you don’t – Okay I don’t care keeeep your stuff least I’m happy.
Those who come to University JUST to go clubbing – I’m not talking about the people who come and club and go to lessons as well I’m just talking about those people who just come to club nothing more nothing less, whats the point?
When there is nothing on TV – 😦 😦
Eating a take away and the next day feeling terrible about it – Loss of money and gained calories 😦 yummy though 🙂
Anyway that’s 10 random things that I hate that I can think off the top of my head. – Seeee yaaaa 🙂
Everybody loves watching TV right? Or maybe you don’t…Anyway I love watching certain soaps, drama’s and TV series and I thought I would share my favourite ones with you guys!
Okay so here’s my top 5 favourite list:
Hollyoaks – British soap that usually is on either Channel 4 or 4+ but I tend to watch it on 4od which is catch up only because at my halls there is no TV so I have to watch things on catch up 😦 The cast are all mostly crazy or weird but that’s what makes it interesting to watch, there’s also a high frequent amount of deaths and murders, cheating and general craziness in the show.
Eastenders – Another British soap based on a square in London, long story short no one lives a happy normal life in Eastenders and there is ALWAYS some sort of crazy out of the blue drama but that’s why I watch it 🙂
Ugly Betty – I love this! Even when the season 4 ended I still went back to season 1 to watch it all over again and I probably will purchase the box set soon as well. I’m sad that there’s no season 5 because I got really into but it’s still an all time favourite anyway! I think this was a big hit with many because most people sympathized with Betty and loved to see her battle her way through the fashion industry with her crazy dress sense and colleagues.
Suburgatory – This is a relatively recent one that I started watching just before I came to university and I still love it now. It’s about a girl who moves from Manhattan wit her dad to a suburban town called Chatswin. I love the craziness of the town and all the characters as well, definitely worth a watch if you haven’t seen it!
Family Guy/American Dad/Simpsons – Okay so I cheated a little and put these three into one category, but there sort of the same thing anyway so I thought you wouldn’t mind! I love these because I love animated comedies, I also like most of the humor in them as well, I love the special episodes the Simpsons do on occasions such as Halloween and I love American Dad and Family Guy bevause of the characters as well. So these definitely make it on the list.
So now you know my fav TV shows you’ll know what I’m gonna be watching later haha 🙂
